Stanley was born in New Orleans, Louisiana in 1944. He received his Associate of Arts degree from Marion Institute in 1965.  He attended Troy State University and received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Birmingham Southern College in 1968.  Mr. Huner received his Alabama Certified Public Accountant Certificate in 1973. 

Mr. Huner is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants.  He has served as chairman of the Small Business Committee and the Public Relations committee of the Alabama Society.  He has successfully represented clients before the American Arbitration Board in New York, federal and state courts, and the IRS Appeals Division for income and estate tax.  He has served as member of the Board of Directors of The Birmingham Tax Forum. Mr. Huner is currently active at the state and national level of Ducks Unlimited.

Philippe L. Cyr was born in Montgomery, Alabama. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Auburn University at Montgomery in 1987 and has been employed in the audit and tax area of public accounting since 1986. Mr. Cyr received his Alabama Certified Public Accountant Certificate in 1989 and his Certified Management Accountant Certificate in 1992.

With many years of experience in audit, review, compilation, consulting, tax, litigation support, and general accounting services, Mr. Cyr has provided services to a wide variety of clients. Mr. Cyr is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Alabama State Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Birmingham Chapter of American Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Birmingham Chapter of the Institute of Management Accountants. Mr. Cyr is also a member of The Accounting Advisory Board of Auburn University at Montgomery.

Scott C. Huner has over 24 years experience consulting with business owners and individuals on tax and financial matters. He is a graduate of the University of Alabama School of Accountancy and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants. 

Scott and his wife Sherry have been blessed with three wonderful children. They all enjoy spending time together as a family. When Scott isn’t spending time with his family or enjoying Crossfit workouts, you might find him out camping, hiking or canoeing with Boy Scout Troop 97 where he volunteers as an assistant scoutmaster.

R. Keith Huner, CPA was born in Birmingham, Alabama.  Mr. Huner graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Alabama in 1993 with a major in Accounting from the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa.  Keith has remained in public practice since 1993. He became one of the founding directors of Huner & Cyr, P.C. Keith is a member of the Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants and The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Keith has worked with a vast array of business types including:  contractors, developers, retailers, wholesalers, professional groups and sales representatives.  His professional experience continues to focus on the accounting arenas of tax, financial reporting, auditing and consulting.  He has also implemented computerized accounting systems for many of the clients he represents.  His professional goal is to help his clients achieve the level of success they desire. 

Glynn was born in Birmingham, Alabama. He received his degree from the University of Alabama in 1991. He spent the first five years of his career in the government sector and then moved into public accounting. Glynn is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants. He has experience serving a wide variety of clients in review, complilation, tax and general accounting services. 

Glynn and his wife Kathy have been long-time residents of the Chelsea area. They have four children. (Two in college and two still at home.)

Gregory has over 8 years of experience in public accounting.  Mr. Larkin began his public accounting career with Dobbs and Associates, P.C. in Homewood, Alabama, before joining Huner & Cyr, P.C.  His experience includes providing auditing, accounting, compliance, and tax services for clients.  Mr. Larkin focuses on assisting individual and business clients in various fields, including manufacturing, real estate, construction, employee benefit plans, not-for-profit entities, and service entities.  He performs various tax, audit, and consulting engagements for clients in these groups. Gregory is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants.  He received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Alabama Birmingham. 

Gregory, currently lives in Vestavia, Alabama.  When he is not assisting clients, Gregory enjoys watching movies, hunting, and fishing.

Yejung has been employed with Huner & Cyr since 2007. She provides comprehensive accounting services, including individual, corporate, partnership and nonprofit income tax returns along with audits, compilations and other general accounting services, to a wide variety of clients. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants.

She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting along with a Master of Tax Accounting Degree from the University of Alabama.

She resides in Birmingham, Alabama with her husband and their daughter.

Thomas has been practicing professional accounting since January of 2008. He graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Before becoming an accountant, he was in the golf retail business for 15 years. He has a strong background in accounting for small business, tax, audit and customer service.

Thomas greatly cherishes time spent with his children. He has one daughter and a soon to be step-son.

For enjoyment, Thomas loves watching college football, fishing for bass and trout, golfing, and participating in his children’s sports & school activities.
